• Books will be issued only against borrower card.
• Periodical publications and reference books will not be lent out.
• Books should be returned on or before the due date failing which a penalty will be imposed.
• Loss of library card should immediately be reported to the Librarian in writing.
• The borrower shall be responsible for any books borrowed on the lost card.
• To get a 'No Dues' certificate at the end of the course, one should return all the library books and surrender the library card.

The hostel is closely located to the Institute inside the campus. Healthy meals are served in the dinning halls. Residents can opt for either vegetarian or non-vegetarian food.

Note: Off-campus accommodation can also be arranged.

Inmates of each room are jointly responsible for the furniture, fittings, etc., and any damage to the hostel property is recoverable from them.

Guests or outsiders are strictly prohibited form entering the hostel without prior permission of the warden in-charge.

Once a student reserves his seat and pays the fees for hostel accommodation, he/she will not be eligible for refund, if he/she chooses not to stay in the hostel.

Disciplinary action will be taken for violation of rules and misconduct by hostel inmates. A students may be expelled from the hostel on any of the following grounds, ragging, abnormal behavior, use of drugs and alcohol, fighting, causing indiscipline, violation of rules, non payment of fees etc. A student expelled on disciplinary grounds shall forfeit his fees and deposit.

The management reserves the right for admission to any candidate to the college or hostel. In matters of admission, training and disciplines the decision of the management shall be final and legally binding.

• Fees once paid are not refundable or transferable for any reason under any circumstances.

• For any dispute or complaint the Principal or his authorized representative/s are to be informed immediately and their discretion and decision will be final and abiding.

• Students must deposit their mobile set if any, to the reception before entering the classroom. The same may be collected back at the time of leaving the institute on completion of their classes. Violation of these will be seriously viewed and due punishment will be awarded i.e. suspension of classes etc.

• Students should not attend their classes without full uniform including ties, shoes, I.D. card etc.

• Students should not loiter in the corridor in between the class period.

• 90% of attendance in the classes is considered mandatory for appearing in the final examinations / campus interview.

• Misbehavior of students with classmates or superiors is punishable depending on the degree of offense, which is completely under the discretion of the Director / Principal of Pailan Aviation Institute.

• Students are advised not to skip any class without the consent of their parents / guardian as well as the consent of the Institute Authority.

• Late comers are not normally allowed to enter the class, however in case of exigencies, the management may allow student for the class, Three consecutive late comings will be marked as one day absent. Students must attend the classes with full preparation with the subjects already taught in the previous classes so that they can participate in a better way for performance monitoring in the classes.

• For inquiries, accidents and indecent behavior during class breaks the Institute is no way responsible.

• Students would be debarred or their admission will be cancelled if the following is found:

• Consumption of alcohol / drug / narcotics.

• Any report of ragging.

• Any report of eve teasing or hooliganism.

• Use of any tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the Institute's premises.

• All disputes civil or criminal are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata City only.

• This institute imparts training related to the AME Course and prepares the students for getting absorbed in Airlines Industries. However the Institute does not give any guarantee to any any student or their guardian for any placement or On job training.

• Photograph/s and other information of the Candidates can be used for any promotional purpose without any conditions.
