| A.M.Ae.S.I (Associate Membership of
Aeronautical Society Of India) is at par with B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering)
/ B.Tech
(Bachelor of Technology) in Aeronautical Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria :
|
|
|
-
Candidates with a pass in PUC / 10+2 /
H.S.C (PCM) with 50% or more marks in each of Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics.
-
Candidates who posses a Diploma in
Engineering (3 years course) with 50% marks in aggregates
over the three-year period is all eligible for this
course.
-
Candidate with B.Sc. (PCM) with atleast
50% marks in aggregates over the three-year period in each
subject.
-
Airmen of Indian Air force in any of
the following trades under x category are also eligible to
appear in section A.
AF/FIT. ELECT/FIT. ENG/FIT. INST/FIT. RAD/FIT. WPN/FIT.
MT/FIT. WKS/FIT. (M) PHOTO/FIT. MISSILE/FIT. (M),
MISSILE/FIT. (E) AND MISSILE/FIT. (L).
The following categories of Air Technical Personnel of the
Indian Navy are also eligible to appear in section A -
Aircraft Artificer, (Air), Electrical Artificer (Air
Radio), Aircraft Artificer (weapons), all 5th class and
Leading Air Mechanics, Leading Electrical Mechanics (Air
Radio), Leading Electrical Mechanics (Air) and
Leading Air Ordinance Mechanics.

- The applicant's age at the time of admission should
not be less than 17 years.
|
|
Medical Standards |
|
|
- All candidates should be medically fit with normal
vision ( 6/6) and no colour blindness.
